I traveled out west and picked some interesting leaves from the state trees of the states I visited. How can I preserve them and use them in a craft

Place the leaf between two sheets of wax paper and then iron it. You could then cut the leaf out and mount it in a picture frame. Or make a shadow box and put a couple leaves in it. You could glue the map of the state inside the box too. This would preserve your leaves (and memories) for a long time to come. Hope this helps.
