Bend a corner over and it should loosen the back corner so you can peel off.
I just keep working with a fingernail on one edge until a small area is off enough to carefully grab it with your fingers or a tweezer, then start gently pulling until I have enough to start it on the wall. You have to be careful not to stretch it too much if the decal is a bit thin.
