A decorative privacy screen might be an answer to this problem! Or perhaps you can mount some curtain rods on the ceiling and hang some curtains.

I would do a free standing screen.

Then you need to do a major decluttering when living in a studio. Try making some old dresser drawers on wheels under the bed. Put a handle on the front to pull them in and out
