Do you have a photo of the numbers you want to use?
if they are number tiles... there are companies that make a special frame made to hold them and mount them to the wall.... if they are just numbers, with no screw holes.... use a good adhesive like Gorilla glue to attach them to a piece of wood or cement board and screw that to the house.
