How do you transfer a photo to a glass mirror frame?

On glass of any kind I like Mod-podge transfer medium. Make sure you cut close to the image you want to keep so that the mirror is still a mirror and wipe off any extra medium asap!
I have no knowledge of this at all. Does this mean that you apply the medium to the photograph that you want to use and it automatically transfers to the mirror? Thank you, Linda

You can also use tape to make a "faux transfer" http://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/rooms/diy-image-transfer-on-glass-bottles-jars-21338545?expand_all_questions=1 - it looks great on jars, I've never tried it on a mirror but I think it would do fine, have fun!
