No shower? Then it's just a matter of making sure that heads never hit the fixture. I'd want to make sure that the fixture encloses the bulb.
You should definitely check building codes in your area/county. If it's allowed there are certain electrical and distance requirements.

You need special fixtures over tubs and showers. If water hits the bulb it will explode and you could be badly hurt by flying glass. Stick with a light with a cover over the bulb, made for damp/wet areas.
Hopefully the drum is not made of fabric. It will not hold up well in a humid area. Since the ceilings are 11 ft. you can set the height of the bottom of the drum between 7 and 8 feet from the bottom of the tub.
