Im pretty good at being creative..but this time I need help! The "joint" between the ceiling and wall is horrid! They did a lousy tape/mud job. Dont have it in me to tear out and do again. Looking for ideas to disguise and hide it!!

If your budget allows, install crown molding to hide the joint. My crew did this when we used to cover popcorn ceilings with 1/4" drywall. No patching or mudding needed. It's not easy to mud a good clean inside corner working over your head. If they were pro's, they should know better!

Exactly! Thank you...They obviously werent good at what they did...its so bad! Thinking about crown and also thinking about a force the eye painting technique.

    Thank you!

If crown molding is not in the immediate budget you could use a decorative wallpaper runner/border.

I would use decorative wallpaper. Its easy to cut in a straight line, and would be super helpful in masking the 'unclean' job done on your wall.

    Good luck!
