How can I decorate the lids to Pyrex dishes?

I'm seeing a lot of the Pyrex plastic lids with designs on them how are they doing it?

Hi Diane, they might be using a cricut and cutting out designs in vinyl.

Heat stamping at the factory before they harden.

It could be glass etched.

Pyrex-ware is made to withstand high heat from the inside of the oven.
If you put vinyl decals on the glass, they will melt and burn.

  Yes, absolutely makes sense!
  I was referring to the glass lids that do go in the oven. Sometimes these have factory-etched designs (as Everything Pretty referred to) that can fade over time.
