How to hang a neon sign on a brick wall?

We don’t want to drill into the brick. The soffit above is metal with no wood.

use brick clips -

If there is another way, then a Hilti gun wouldn't help. You'll need something strong to hold up you sign. -

I have some clips I purchased that are suppose to clip on brick but couldn't make them work..still see them in some magazines -

Is this inside or outside? Brick clips are great if the mortar is almost flush with the brick. Brick hangers are great for deep mortar, beacuse they have adjustable brads on top of them. I would use these outside though. How heavy is the sign?
