if you don't mind making holes they make really easy screw in wall anchors that support up to 50 pounds in sheetrock. I purchased some REALLY inexpensively at walmart.
If you mean how to arrange the pictures, I would cut a full size piece of paper (or tape together smaller pieces) and use it as a guide. Lay all of your items down on the paper and play with the arrangement until it is pleasing and then draw an outline around each piece. Tack the whole piece onto the wall and then hammer in the nail/picture hanger in each correct spot and remove the paper once all of the hangers have been installed. Then hang the pieces on these hangers.
