How to hide H2O heater & utility sink??

We are converting a single garage space into a game room and would like to hide the water heater(in a corner) and utility sink (right next to it on a wall )while keeping both accessible (repair/use) .
Lattice ? Curtain rod with material? Other ideas or pics??

I have exposed pvc plumbing in my basement laundry room and I dream of making a builting out a decorative wall panel ( could be removable for service ) to hide and disguise the pipes. Its like a large scale lattice could be a room divider too. This is what it looks like.
Another idea would be a large canvas drop-cloth made into a curtain.
For a simple option, you could look into a ready made moveable room divider or a folding screen.

I might buy some latttace and make a frame around it..... with hot water heaters you need ventilation,.... .. just the utility sink by itself .. put up bifold doors.. real cheap at a restore store.
