Hi there, if you're comfortable using a jigsaw, you can cut the horse head from masonite and use twine to make the hair. Look for simple line drawings or "horse head" silhouettes online to use as a template. Hello. I would make a cardboard frame to build upon and add papier-mâché covering possibly using raffia for mane.
