Take your bottles & cut them to the length/height that you want using a hack saw or band saw; clean up the ruff edges with a piece of 120 grit sand paper being carful not to scratch the main 'face' of the bottle [unless you want a frosted look]. Drill a hole into the bottom of each bottle large enough to insert a light from a strand of Christmas Tree lights & hot glue the bulb socket in place, turn on the check out your new MINI LIGHTS !!!
