I have a Northern facing living/dining room. Need help with my choices

The room has 1 cherry paneled wall & I am planning on painting it a warm white. The room has several Oriental carpets in colors of beige, black, shades of blue and warm red (almost rust). I’m deciding Between a dark blue sofa & loveseat (red throw pillows) with a Cabernet leather recliner or a red color sofa & loveseat with black throw pillows. Very confused with choices.
