I have no idea what to do with this wall in my bedroom.

The dresser is the only option for the tv. So we have to work around that.

You appear to have some beautiful handmade quilts. Can you hang one on the wall or maybe paint a quilt on the wall

I have a great idea. You can get decorative rubber mats, spray paint them silver or whatever color and hang them. It looks like wrought iron and super expensive. You can get them at the Dollar General or Walmart for around $10.

Perhaps you could even try hanging the ladder from the ceiling over the dresser / tv (about 3" away from the wall) and interweave one of the quilts between the rungs while the others (with a similar color palette) can hang from the end rungs on either side of the ladder - making a kind of chabby-chic entertainment center.

Since you like needlework, maybe get a long embroidered and lace runner and frame it for over the tv. You could maybe get a few (3) round embroidered dollies and put them on an embroidery hoops for the longer area to the left of the TV and hang them vertically. Would be fun to hunt them down thrift shopping.

I could also see embroidered samplers, but they are much harder to find.

WE love having our family pictures in our bedroom. Yes we do have some on our front room mantel and side table, but all the school pictures of our children through the years, our grand children, and many miscellaneous snapshots of our family are framed and hanging at random on our bedroom wall.

Accent wall from one of the colours in your favourite quilt and showcase it as others have suggested. Use what you have and love!

I love the stencil's below for an offset behind a tv. I've done this in my living room and used one shade lighter than the wall color.

The room needs color, Paint the walls yellow. The tv needs to be higher place a upside down shelf the same wood tone as the dresser over the dresser that has a rod on it, for displaying one of the quits and add buffet lamp. Here's a photo to help with the visual ideas. This way the quil ladder will not look so over stuffed on it, less is more.

We have a similar shaped tv stand in dark brown with a ladder shelf on either side (actual freestanding ladder shelves, not just decorative ladders) in same colour as tv stand. I like someone's idea of family pics above, (I think I'll add that at home!) and maybe you could hang one of your beautiful quilts on the wall above your bed if you don't have a large headboard? Good luck and have fun!

First of all I would take a picture of the entire wall. That way you will get even more responses. What color is your bedding and accents? What color do you like? What color best complements the prominent color in your favorite quilt? Paint the walls that color, hang that quilt, keep others on the ladder as you have them now. Hanging family pictures has been one suggestion. . . that can work, but think of each segment (like a table top or a section of wall or your quilt ladder) first of all as a complete decorating statement and then put together with other "statements" as the total picture. In other words family pictures hung on a wall should not be a mish mash, they should relate to each other, make a design as they are hung. This applies to everything, the way one dresses, a meal presentation, a mantelpiece styling. etc. Everything complete in itself while being part of a larger whole.

i have my quilts mounted in a bar style quilt hanger clamp, gets the creases from being folded out lessening damage to the fabric. covers a lot of wall space. They get rotated with the seasons. Store your quilts in a fabric cover, not plastic. looks like you have a few to choose from. If there is a common color in all the quilts....how would that look for a wall color.
