Perhaps you could 'chop them up' and use as some sort of mulch. You can buy 'shredders' that will shred garden waste. I had one, and it was only good for very small branches etc. - not at all useful for anything that was a vine, or soft stalks. Would just get stuck. Got rid of it. If you don't have too much just cut up with the secateurs and you can also use the result to put on top of pot plants, to stop drying out too quickly.
