Eat healthy foods. Exercise as you can but don't stress your joints. Water aerobics are wonderful for this as joints are not stressed like in a gym. Walking is good. Keep your mind alert & active. My doctor told me that Sudoku was one of the best mental exercises one can do & rarely if ever does a person who does Sudoku ever develop dimentia.

Counted cross-stitch is another craft exercise that is brain & mentally stimulating as well as quilting.

Hope you find these suggestions helpful.
