I’m in a rental, so I can’t remove this eyesore. Can any clever decorator help me cover this or decorate it? It’s a tv stand hanging from my tiny bedroom ceiling. Thanks a bunch.

I would ask my landlord if I could take it down. Hardly anyone had those big thick tvs anymore. They might just say yes!
If they won't let you take it down, you could put a plant on it or a tall plant in that corner.
You could take it down while living there and then put it back up when you want to move out---should be attached with bolts into the ceiling joists.
Take it down and stick it in a labeled box, and when you move out ask if they want it re-installed.
A pretty POTHOS would do well in a bedroom... it does well in low light
Agree with Baxter, Sharon, and Carol. It is not permanently attached, but is only attached to the ceiling with what appears to be a mounting plate and probably toggle bolts.
I vote for plant, use it as a plant holder.
