That will be a fun look for your bathroom! If you have large pieces that can be ripped into two pieces to make them thinner and more manageable then you can square them off and join them like regular lumber.
Cut the drift wood in half long ways stick on with a mirror type glue...alternate pieces you cut, go from top to bottom and then do the corners. Making sure it looks all natural. They should fit like a puzzle.
