How can I make a kitchen shelf with copper clamps?

I saw an idea of a shelf in the kitchen that had copper clamps- Copper clamps on a shelf to hang items on and now forgot what it looked like so would like to see again so I can make it.

I;m not sure how the copper clamps would work, but these shelves are made of copper pipe, maybe this link shows something like you're looking for, https://www.pinterest.com/pin/102175485273213256/
