I want to try making frosted mason jars, but I dont have Modpodge.

They now make a sea glass spray paint that will give you this effect!

You could also try using Elmer's Glue in place of ModPodge, but I think it has to be watered down and some people say it's not the same. Others say it works.. You can search for how to do it at google.com.
