We bought some trim at Lowe's. All we needed to do was cut the angles and paint the trim. Tacked it in place and touched up the nail holes/heads. Now the mirror looks finished and not like a after thought.

Hi Michael. I'm Cindy. Take measurements with you when shopping for trim. Rather than using a miter box to make the angles you need for the corners, you can purchase rosettes (large squares of wood) for the corners. We used them as the trim for a doorway we made. Much easier than cutting angles. Good luck from Cindy.
