I work at a golf driving range. We have this tall stump 3.6m tall x 1.6m circumference in our grounds. We also have a lot of old golf clubs. I was wanting to somehow, tastefully, decorate the stump. I wanted to use the old golf clubs. We also have old golf balls. I would like to paint the balls with some fleurescent paint so that it will glow, somewhat, at night. Looking for suggestions please. At the holiday time you could use the clubs to make a teepee shape (the tree) and use the balls as garland.

Or align the clubs vertically around the stump, and every 5 or so make a column of balls in a space between the clubs...

How about drilling holes at a slant in a circle on the top of the tree stump and put the handles of the clubs in them with the head going out away from the tree. Be sure you are leaving space between the clubs for the next step. Then take the golf balls and drill holes in them so you can put a heavy wire through several of them and then bend the wire to arch up and out. Then drill holes in between the golf club holes for the wire and glue into place. The look I am going for is like the top of a palm tree with the golf balls arching and then the golf clubs as limbs going out like a crown.
