Sandra...Just add beads, pearls, ribbons, old pins or pieces of necklaces. So much can be done even buttons. Use a good glue or low heat hot glue. You can even use mod podge and add pretty pics from magazines or napkins. Enjoy!

Use a hot glue gun to attach anything that you would want to place on the wine bottles. You could also find some nice sticks that you could place inside the bottles and make a wine tree out of them.
