1part white glue...like Elmers. + 1part water. Mix well and store in bottle or jar. If you feel too runny add more glue. If too thick add more water. Just small amounts until you feel it is right.

Yep...white glue and water. Elmer's or any other reasonably priced white glue. Mix to desired consistency.
