Not something I'd ever thought about, but now you have tweaked my interest, so following, if only to see what people say!!

It looks like the bottles were glued onto a sturdy piece of wood or plexiglass With a hole in the center for your LED bulb. If you want it to stay together you may not want to use hot glue.
