What is it that you want to know about slip covers?
Hi Elaine, This best source for full coverage slip covers is SureFit. I will caution you to make sure you order the gripper bars that are an additional price. Without the gripper bars the cover will not stay on and they won't look right. In addition to that slip covers are not easy to put on. Or at least not for me. One can find furniture covers that cover parts of the seating that go over the piece like a throw. I bought one of those for my Mother in law and it looks fine and does what she wants. I found hers at at department store. In all honesty, if you have quality built furniture and can afford it, I recommend having the furniture upholstered. Slip covers just don't give you the same look as upholstery.
from experience I can tell you, the only way to get one to look good is to pay nearly as much as a new sofa would cost. sad but true. and, I will add, having your couch reupholstered in most cases costs more than a new sofa.
