I have been buying pillow shams at yard sales . They will slip right over the cushions .I buy the king .I did find a couple at kohl on sale. .Put on take off wash. .I use the standard pillow shams for my cats beds .I can also wash those. .
Stencils are quick and cute.
If you can sew, either with machine or by hand, they are really easy to recover. You can find great buys on discounted fabrics at either Hobby Lobby or Walmart. Just lay your existing cushions down in top of new fabric and cut out pattern. You should wind up with just three sides to see up. Or, you can use pillow cases of you are just trying to cover the single cushions.
