Any fabric can be an outer curtain with a shower curtain liner for inside.

Pair any hemmed fabric (like a curtain or tablecloth) with a plastic liner. Hang using clip style rings. Good luck!
Are you wanting to improve the look of them? If so, I would suggest buying a second curtain that is complimentary. You can split it down the middle and hang on each side of your existing or you make a valance.
