Create a Photo Gallery Wall on a Small Budget
My recommendation is to tape up pieces of paper with painters tape that are the sizes of your pictures/frames. Start arranging on the wall until you get the look you want.
Place them on the floor, and keep rearranging them til you like the set up. Then transfer to the wall.
