How can I display my sunglass collection?

Do a series of shelves featuring them. You could go fancy and use glass shelves to help display them.

What about a window shutter?

Those would be fun to hang inside a large picture frame. You can attach a thin sheet of plywood to the back side and then install small cup hooks strategically to hold the folded pairs of sunglasses. You could either paint the whole thing white or do a contrast in color but definitely something to make those sunglasses pop and really stand out.

Make up or buy a picture frame and decorate to taste if required.. Back it with square wire mesh. Slip your sunglasses through the holes in the mesh to display.

I would put them in a shadow box to display them with command hooks to hold them.
