Tiles?
Can tiles be glued to a wall mirror to cover up along edge that has discolored? My mirror is large and glued to the wall.

Absolutely. I would use gorilla glue since you probably have humidity issues.
FAQ: How To Make A Tile Mirror Frame?
https://www.parklanedriveways.com/home-tiles/faq-how-to-make-a-tile-mirror-frame.html
Most adhesives other than white glue would work well. TONS of ideas on Amazon for small pieces of glass, mosiac tile etc to choose from e-6000 and loctite in a caulking tube are both good choices. Loctite will hold immediately but give plenty of play time to move the tiles or what ever you want to use around.
I think that sounds like a great idea to keep your mirror looking great!
Yes you can glue tiles with construction adhesive, but a better way to take cae of the edges is decorative molding. You can buy the corner pieces so that staight cuts are only necessary.
Yes, you can also get a frame from a company called Mirror Mates (I believe) or you could make one.
Sure, you can do that! Just make sure you find an adhesive that's for both types of materials, the tile and glass.
Oh yes, they can.
