I bought this at an estate sale. I like it, do you know the artist?

Just need help getting pointed in the right direction to find out what this is, who the artist is, how much it's worth.... Anything really.
Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I'm not sure who the artist is. There should be a signature somewhere. Try taking it out of the frame & mat, Even if it is a print, some prints are very valuable, depending on the type, age, and artist. I have not seen this picture, but I will check around. I am an art teacher and have many resources.

If nothing else, works, try the art department at your nearest university. If you have lots of time,, try Googling "annunciation paintings"

If you can get a good clean photo without glare and reflections, from a straight on point of view so there is no distortion, crop out the frame. Use that image to do a google image search with or without the annunciation as a search term. Just noticed that this is a crazy old question but since I already typed this far thought I'd post anyway. Wonder why Hometalk pushes these old questions out like they are recent?

This is part of a larger work. Jean is correct...the piece is from The Annunciation... Good luck finding the larger piece.

Check if there is a label on the back. Appears to be a Richard Franklin Annunciation IV print, valued at $51 to $105.
