Walls on my Lanai are empty. Tips to decorate them?

My screened in porch has two walls. They are protected from the elements.
Would like to do something with an Italy theme to match my home.

Kirklands has some beautiful Outdoor stuff as well as Tuesday Morning. You can also buy rope and make a water scene with an oar, etc.
