How can I transfer a puzzle to a picture frame?

1. Make sure the puzzle is flat face down on some newspaper, cardboard, etc. Cut a panel from wood underlayment same size as the puzzle. You can also use stiff cardboard or foam board. Spray the puzzle with spray adhesive and spray the panel with spray adhesive. Carefully lay the panel on the puzzle. Lay anything heavy on the "sandwich" and let the adhesive cure for a few hours. 2. You can use clear transparent Contact Paper on the surface of the puzzle. Rub it down with a credit card to create a good bond.

Spray and mount on a board or heavy cardboard, then go to Hobby Lobby and get the sizeable picture frame for the exact size of your puzzle. The have many, we use the metal one, but they can also cut a wooden frame and/or mount the puzzle for you.

I highly recommend that you use Puzzle Saver to coat the puzzle front and back which will hold it all together. Wal Mart and most hobby shops sell ready made puzzle frames.

Mod Podge the front, let completely dry. Flip it over and Mod Podge the back. Then put in your picture frame.

Puzzle Saver works great. I saved a puzzle with this many years ago and it still looks great.

Thank you for the reply. I used a puzzle glue an it woks great.

Both glues work well. Make sure it's dry. Once you turn it over, glue it to a piece of mount board or foam core. Weight it well to avoid it curling.
