What can I put around the edges of an old builder mirror?

Think about installing a lovely molding around the mirror so that it looks like a picture frame.

I used an upholstery trim found in fabric department, it is like a heavy corded ribbon and lays flat so I glued it on. Comes in many widths, colors, textures and is so easy to work with! It is still beautiful after 5 yr and will be easy to remove (goo gone). Love it
Lights! LED lights come in some cool strings or tubes and can dress up the edges and give you some more light. If you can also paint stripes at the edges .
Crown molding. Inexpensive. Can be very dramatic
