I would use a clear epoxy for outdoor use .
Epoxy glue is probably best for glass.
E6000 is great for a lot of things. It should work for your project.
Yep, an epoxy glue will work great outside with glass. You could also try a clear exterior window caulk (paintable,mildew resistant and clean up with water).
Not sure what kind of glass ornaments you are going to use but hope the suggestions work out for you!
