I use an old serrated bread knife.
I use either a pair of scissors or an electric fish knife depending on what I'm using it for (ie cutting off just the little scales vs cutting them in half)
Tin snips.
I would use a six inch hacksaw with a sharp blade, but mind your fingers whatever you try!
