What is the best way to hang hooks up in a camper?

Question

I've used the hooks from Command that you prep with rubbing alcohol. They don't seem to stay up very well, coming down in heat or cold or movement. I want to hang pictures and also my bathrobe or other items of the like.

There are always cautions not to screw into things, you don't know what's behind the wall, the walls are thin and so are the supports.

My understanding is that the alcohol removes grease and dirt that might keep it from sticking.
