What is the strongest towel rack anyone can recommend.

You need to fasten the rack into the walls studs or it is hopeless!! I have cheated when mounting something to the wall and anchored a piece of 1x3 along the wall and THEN secured what I wanted mounted directly onto that. If the 1 x 3 is long enough to grab 2 studs, you got it made!
Make them yourself out of brass tubing and pipe connectors. DH made these for us and they are great! Also make sure they are secured into the wall securely.
