Depends on the type of foam. are you talking about styro-type foam? There is a special glue for that at the craft store. Are you talking about foam for cushions? You can use rubber cement for that.

what kind of foam , I use e6000 on several things but foam has some characteristics that don't always play well with others,,,,id try e6000 but be more specific and I can tell you if it will work
