Depending on the size, I would use small brads protecting the mirror from scratching and frame it like a picture.
then cover the back with heavy paper or light cardboard.
Using glue you risk damaging the mirror, I think.
I like the E6000 glue.
Peggy because most frames come with a backing, you wouldn't need to glue in the mirror allowing you to re-use the mirror down the road if you desire. If you feel you must, any glue would work but I would make sure it dried clear.
