-Scissors
-Decoration tape
and some wheel for help

Materials:
First put the decoration band around the wheel until you think is necessary ,then you will stop.
Decorative band halve it to half, and tucked the edges like image
Then put on the middle of the band
And for the last, every of the pieces extract them out
You have an easy diy decorative knot for decorating !
