Let's DIY a Dated Lamp and Lampshade into an Ombre Shabby Chic "One of a Kind" Lamp!

I always stock up my flower statch when Dollar Tree first puts out the Spring Flowers each year.

Like most retailers, they put out seasonal items way before the actual season ... so when I purchased this year's Flowers,

I had an Ombre Wreath in mind for them!

However, I happened to stop by our local Thrift Store one day and that visit completely changed the direction I had planned.

I purchased a lamp and lampshade for $7 and decided to Upcycle the lamp to match my decor ... and turn the lampshade into a Shabby Chic Ombre Flower Shade.

The Transformation was quite UNIQUE especially when you compare the BEFORE to the AFTER!

I LOVE my Shabby Chic Ombre Lamp ... and it's just one of those "One of a Kind" projects that turn out better than you could imagined!
