Sheet Metal Candle Holder

I recently created a Shelf Table for Small Spaces (http://www.gingerlymade.com/2015/01/shelf-table-small-spaces.html) on the landing area of our stairs. The next step was to decorate the shelf with some pretty decor. After a trip to Michaels, I found this pretty decorative sheet metal to craft with.
I grabbed some E6000 and my husbands tin snips and got to work.

It was pretty easy until I had to hold the metal ends together. So some clamps, vise grips, and a pair of dumbbells did the holding for me.
It dried overnight. After a little reshaping back into a more circular shape, it was ready to sit over one of my pillar candles.

I love it!! Bet it's beautiful at night with the candle going. If anyone is worried about heat, the use an LED candle 😊

I used this beautiful sheet metal to hide my modem & cable box. Bent it to form a box to cover those eyesores!!
