Square Florist Vase Repurpose

I'm sure at one point or another you have received flowers and lately a lot of arrangements seem to come in large square glass vases. I already have a few of them and use them for flowers but recently received a gorgeous arrangement and thought it was time to repurpose it after the flowers died.
So here's the empty, clean vase. After washing and drying, rub with alcohol on the outside to remove all traces of oils, etc.
Clean vase
I covered my FR table with newspaper so I would not mess it up and I brought out my stash of acrylic paints . I decided I would do a wintry scene on all four sides. With my very limited drawing skills, I just started layering paints and drawing trees, adding glitter and snow. I used a sand color, metallic white, light blue, glitter, pure white and two shades of green....
I then sprayed with clear acrylic to protect my "artwork"
I had a battery operated string of LED lights which I placed inside. Look how adorable it looks. I think as soon as my local craft stores have those bags of fake snow, I will fill the vase with it and put the lights inside but you get the idea from below. I think I will use as a centerpiece with some other embellishments or on a side table as a giant votive.... Have fun, I did!
