This project kind of goes back to when I was in elementary school and we used to make Easter eggs with string and glue. Same concept. Super simple super fun and even kid friendly!
So silly me erased the picture of what I originally did but I'm going to give you a brief description. First you blow up a balloon make it as big as you want your ball. Then you simply cut pieces of twine and dip them in the modge podge glue combination.
Once you are done rapping it all the way around let it dry for a few hours or overnight. Then you pop the balloon and you are left with an adorable catch-all bowl or artificial plant holder or jewelry holder. I know it's not a super long description but it's super duper easy and super fun!
