Finally finished my Mystery of Salem Quilt Guild! Such a fun project to stitch up and make into a quilt. I can't wait until Halloween rolls around so I can display it in my home. Pattern is by Crabapple Hill Studio. I stitched it up using DMC threads.

After all the blocks are made, it was time to cut down my stitchery pieces. This is always the most stressful part! I cut a piece of freezer paper the recommended size in my pattern and using an iron, fused it to my first panel once I was happy with its placement. Make sure you check it twice, because you can only cut once!

After my panels are cut, it was assembly time! I took all those patchwork blocks and sewed them together to form my borders. My neutral blocks went in between the stitched panels. Look so good already! After this part was finished, I went ahead and attached my inner and outside patchwork borders.

I couldn't wait to pop outside for a quick picture. The witch panels are quilted with a small cloud motif as I thought it would tie in with magic and nights of whimsical clouds.
