I asked Hometalkers for ideas on what to do with this basket set and I got some great ideas. I tried several but nothing looked right. I was over thinking this project.
I went with simple straight lines and an awesome bright color.
Sometimes we over think and miss the simple beauty in things!

brain hurts!! Ah ha I got it!
Gathering supplies. Drill holes in the dowels and little wood squares( leftover from another project). I was going to use a round piece of wood I had but went with the bun foot instead for the bottom . The square pieces kept the baskets steady for more support.
Okay got everything and ready to paint. I love blue

I wiped the glue off after I took the picture
