DIY Floating Bookshelf

When I was redoing my daughter's room I knew I wanted to give her a place to read. By using some materials we had laying around we were able to create a reading corner with floating bookshelves for FREE!
Step One: Build the actual shelves. We used some of the wood from our old cabinets and used liquid glue to hold them together.
Next we used a nail gun to fasten the back of the shelves.
Step Two: Paint the shelves. We used some of the old wood cabinets as a shield so the grass would not become damaged from the paint.
